Ordering & Lead Time
This gift box can be ordered online and dispatched within 3–5 working days. Orders are shipped via a next-day courier service (Royal Mail or DHL) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery Information
The Gift Eat Love Co. is based in South Essex, approximately 25–30 miles from Central London. For non-perishable gift hampers, we offer both hand delivery and courier shipping options.
Selected gift hampers can be hand delivered on the day, making them perfect for surprise gifts and special occasions. We also offer additional gifting options such as fresh flowers, balloon arrangements and celebration add-ons, which can be arranged upon request. These extras will be charged separately and issued via a separate invoice.
Hand delivery is available to addresses across London, Essex, Kent and Surrey. Delivery charges apply and will be confirmed after your order has been placed.
Alternatively, gift hampers can be shipped via a next-day courier service (DHL or Royal Mail), carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully presented.
While we make every effort to ensure orders are dispatched on time, delivery times provided by couriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
The Gift Eat Love Co. cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by:
- courier service disruptions
- adverse weather conditions
- incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- the recipient not being available to receive the delivery
If a courier attempts delivery and the recipient is unavailable, the courier may leave a calling card or arrange a redelivery or collection according to their policy.
By placing an order with The Gift Eat Love Co., the customer accepts responsibility for ensuring the delivery address is correct and that the recipient is available to receive the order where possible. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel where possible.
Proof of Delivery Policy
All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services. Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier and proof of delivery has been provided, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient at the delivery address.
Proof of delivery may include:
- GPS delivery confirmation
- photographic evidence from the courier
- delivery confirmation recorded by the courier system
If a parcel is confirmed as delivered by the courier, The Gift Eat Love Co. cannot accept responsibility for lost or missing parcels after delivery.
If you believe a parcel has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us and we will assist by opening an investigation with the courier where possible.
Delivery Issues & Reporting Window
All orders are shipped using tracked and signed-for delivery services through Royal Mail or DHL. Customers will receive delivery updates directly from the courier, including notification of the expected delivery window on the day of delivery.
As many of our products contain perishable food items, it is important that the recipient is available to receive the delivery and inspect the contents promptly.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 hours of the confirmed delivery time so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
This reporting window is necessary due to the perishable nature of our products, as we cannot verify storage conditions or handling of the items after delivery.
Where a parcel has been delivered and signed for at the delivery address, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient. Unfortunately, we may be unable to assist with claims made more than 3 hours after the courier's confirmed delivery time.
If an issue is verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The Gift Eat Love Co. prepares and curates gift boxes that may contain a variety of food products supplied by different producers.
Many of our products contain or may come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to:

All of our gift boxes and hampers are carefully curated and prepared to order to ensure freshness and quality.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
